General Rental Conditions:

GROUPS: Groups of young adults/teenagers under the age of 25 are not allowed.

STAY: The residence must be used carefully and in accordance with its purpose.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

INSIDE AND OUTSIDE INTERIOR: It's not allowed to move furniture form inside to outside.

WASTE:  The waste bin must be provided with a clean garbage bag every day, and the waste must be taken to the recycling center in the park every day.

DISPOSAL: Greasy liquids such as gravy shouldn't be placed in the sink and dishes containing greasy liquids should not be placed in the dishwasher.

TOILET: Sanitary towels and / or tampons should not be flushed down the toilet.

USE OF TOWELS: The towels that belong to the inventory of the accommodation should not be taken to the beach.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

CHECK OUT: The tenants must leave no later than 10 am. The accommodation must be delivered on time and in the same condition as at the start of the rental period. (Do not leave dirty dishes.)

OBLIGATIONS: The tenant is obliged to follow the instructions of the owner and is also obliged to ensure compliance with the site or house regulations by the group which the tenant is part of.

THIRD PARTIES: The accommodation may not be used or rented out to others.

CALAMITIES: In case of calamities, the tenant must contact the owner.

DAMAGE: In case of any damage due to loss, seizure and significant damage to the accommodation, inventory and accessories, the tenant will consult with the owner. The tenant is liable for damage and associated costs incurred during the rental period.

PAYMENTS: Payments must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the payment email. If not, the lessor has the right to cancel the reservation or consider it unconfirmed.

CANCELLATIONS: When canceling the reservation, after payment, you can get a full refund if there is a pandemic, death has occurred in your close family or one or more of the travel party has become seriously ill.
